When we started organizing events in 2007, we were one of the few wedding agencies on the market, but we focused more on business events and organize over 100 of them per year, with capacities up to 2,000 people.

Preparation of an offer for venues: from 60 EUR
Preparation of offers for venues for your wedding for specific dates, with a comprehensive budget. If you organize your wedding through us in full, the fee for preparing an offer is deducted from the organizational fee.
Coordinator from 250 EUR
Do you only need an assistant for the wedding day? Our experienced organizers will help you not to miss any details, forget documents or important accessories for the ritual hall, church or restaurant. Includes preparing a scenario, arranging small details on the day itself and coordinating on-site event subcontractors (arrangers, restaurant team and waiters, photo/video/ DJ, host and artists, etc.) - bringing out accessories, meals and drinks according to the event scenario at certain times. Coordinator's stay up to 10 hours in total.
Classic package: from 350 EUR
Includes complete organization of the event by PARTY MANAGEMENT to provide services such as:
Preparing a budget
Reservations for the wedding day: day, time, venue, hall, church, ritual
Developing a scenario for the wedding
Coordinator on the day and for the wedding preparation
Selection of a team for your event: makeup, hair, host and DJ, video operator, photographer, decoration arrangers, etc. Opportunity for the newlyweds to meet with the team.
Preparation of a plan for accommodation
Organization of transport and accommodation
Production of invitations and calligraphy, wedding accessories and gifts for guests
Development of a concept for wedding decoration
Selection of menu and drinks, catering, selection of wedding cake
Provision of a special show program - actors, singers or ballet

VIP package: from 600 EUR
Suitable for clients with little free time who love high service from a professional team, individual offers especially for them. The VIP package incl. 100% complete organization of the event, as well as:
Coordinator on the wedding day
Organization of a bachelor or bachelorette party
Wedding trip, wedding list, wedding website
Presence of a wedding agent on the day itself and coordination of all services and subcontractors, ceremony and scenario
Coordination of an outsourced ceremony
Assistance with documents in Bulgaria or abroad
24/7 assistance in case of problems
The listed organizational packages do not include the cost of the services provided, which are paid separately.
The prices listed are incl. VAT and are current for events in the city of Sofia and up to 90 km. radius.
For other destinations - transportation costs and travel expenses for the country and abroad are charged.
